Shonie (Campbell) Thomas

Shonie Campbell Thomas, 56 yrs, of Perryville, MD, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at her residence.  Born June 11, 1957, in Wilmington, DE, she was a daughter of late James A. Campbell and the late Juniata Hamilton Campbell. Mrs. Thomas was formerly employed at Cosco Wholesale Warehouse, Christiana, DE. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Susquehanna American Legion Post No. 135, Perryville, MD. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, Charles W. Thomas, Sr.; son, Carl J. Phipps; step-sons, Charles Thomas and James Thomas; daughter-in-law, Jamie Phipps;  step-daughters, Melisa Thomas and Sara Thomas; three grandchildren, Brittany, Madison, and Cameron; fifteen step-grandchildren; brother, Roger Campbell; and sisters, Linda Dunn, Terersa Whitt and Jenny Whitt. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2013, 1 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD.  Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, December 16, 2013, 11 AM until 1 PM, at the funeral home.  Interment will be in private.
