Sue Brown

Edith Suzanne “Sue” Brown, 56 yrs, of Perryville, MD, died Monday, July 28, 2014 in Christiana Hospital of Newark, DE. Born August 13, 1957 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Allan Vernon, Sr., and Sarah Frances Walker Brown. Sue was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Registered Nurse/Nurse Educator employed by the V.A. Maryland Health Care Center of Perry Point, MD, contributing over 35 years of dedicated service. Sue is survived by her husband, Scott Ertwine of Perryville, MD; daughters, Alana, Kylie and Jesse Brown, all of Perryville, MD; step-son, Scotty Ertwine of Conowingo, MD; nephew, Ryan Thompson of Burtonsville, MD; granddaughter, Elissa Ertwine of Perryville, MD; grandson, Callan Brown of Perryville, MD; and brother, Allan V. Brown, Jr. of Perryville, MD. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Brown-Thompson. Visitations for family and friends will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014, 2 PM until 4 PM and 7 PM until 9 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Interment will be private.
