Sylvia Mae (Rapp) Heffner

Sylvia Mae Heffner, 87 years, Perryville, MD, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024 at home. Born May 14, 1937 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Emma Wegman Rapp.

Sylvia was formerly employed as the manager of the Starlight Arena of Edgewood, MD, snack bar from 1970 until 1982.

Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Sheri Lynn Heffner Marley; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Curtis Rapp; and sisters, Alice Seward and Shirley Napoletano.

In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Heffner, Sr., and son, John Robert Heffner, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
