Theresa Jean (Dorn) Bowling

Theresa Jean Bowling, 73 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 in the Laurelwood Healthcare Center of Elkton, MD. Born June 17, 1944 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Tracey M. and Rebea Robinson Dorn. Mrs. Bowling was formerly employed for 44 years as a Home Health Aide by Trinity Home Health Care of Elkton, MD. She is survived by her husband, Edward E. Bowling of Port Deposit, MD; son, Jimmy L. Parks; two grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and half-sister, Jackie Pruitt of North Carolina. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bowling was preceded in death by her sister, Pat Leming. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 12 Noon, at the New Life Faith Center Church of Rising Sun, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 11 AM until 12 Noon, at the church prior to the funeral service. Rev. Larry Johnson of the New Life Faith Center Church will officiate. Interment will be in West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD.
