Veronica Marie (Szlachetka) Sullivan

Veronica Marie Sullivan, 92 yrs, of Port Deposit, MD, died Friday, February 27, 2015 at her residence. Born November 25, 1922 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late John and Tillie Szlachetka. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church of Edgemere, MD, and is survived by her daughters, Patricia Louise Weber of Street, MD, and Elizabeth Ann Buda of Port Deposit, MD; 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her husband, Luther A. Sullivan, and son, John L. Sullivan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice of Cecil County in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2015, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2015, 10 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Father Jay McKee of Good Shepherd Parish of Perryville, MD, will officiate. Interment will be in Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
