Virginia enjoyed baking and to everyone’s delight always provided desserts for the family gatherings. Easter and Christmas were special times for Virginia for these were the occasions on which she gave the most beautiful handmade chocolate candies as gifts. However, Virginia’s real passion was baking wedding cakes. It was a great pleasure for her to bake wedding cakes for her family, her extended family, and all her many friends.
