Zelda Cecilia (Barnes) Briscoe

Zelda Cecilia Briscoe, 66 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at home. Born May 3, 1951 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Agnes Cecilia Brown Barnes. Formerly employed by the Cecil County Public School System and the Iron Skillet Restaurant. Mrs. Briscoe is survived by her husband, Gary L. Briscoe of Port Deposit, MD; daughters, Charron V. Briscoe of North East, MD, and Heather J. Briscoe of Port Deposit, MD; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, March 1, 2018, 12 Noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018, 11 AM until 12 Noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Interment will be private.
