Zola Gaynelle (Harvey) Linkous

Zola Gaynelle Linkous, 91 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023 at home, with family by her side. Born June 27, 1932 in Rhodell, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Boyd and Ellen (Woods) Harvey. Gaynelle was a devoted wife for 58 years and mother of eight children.

Mrs. Linkous was a member of the New Life Faith Center of Port Deposit, MD. She is survived by her sons, Steven Linkous (Nancy) and Michael Linkous (Stephanie); daughters, Barbara Young, Brenda Banzhoff (John), Janet Ferruccio (Francis), Judy Kandle (Bill), and Robin Lank; 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Linkous was preceded in death by her husband, Otis R. Linkous, and daughter, Deborah Nagle.

Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, October 24, 2023, 1 PM, at the West Nottingham Cemetery of Colora, MD. Pastor Larry Johnson of the New Life Faith Center of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate.
